Orders for in-stock items that are received by 5:00 PM EST are shipped in 2-4 days.
Shipment costs depend on distance and weight. Magical Touch ships from Virginia, example a gallon can costs $45.00 or more to shop to the west coast. I reserve the right to cancel orders if the shipping is excessive.
In the event that an item is out of stock, we reserve the right to hold the order until all items become available.
Returns and Cancellations
Returns must be requested within 15 days of receipt of goods, and are subject to a 20% restocking charge. You must contact us for a Return Authorization Number before any merchandise may be returned. We reserve the right to return-to-sender any unauthorized return. Returned merchandise must be in a new saleable condition and in the original packaging.
It is recommended that you ship returns via UPS or FedEx, as these carriers provide the ability to trace your shipment and automatically insure packages to $100. If your package is valued at more than $100, we recommend that you insure the package for its total value, in the event of loss. If you elect to use the United States Postal Service (USPS) we highly recommend that you insure your package. We bear no responsibility for uninsured packages that are lost in transit.
If an order is cancelled after it has shipped, or if goods are refused when shipper delivers, we charge a 25% restocking fee.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Damaged Items
If merchandise is received damaged, please call or email us for reshipment of merchandise or a credit toward your next purchase, allowing time for a claim to be processed with the carrier. Please include your order number, name, and address.
